Current status of the service
Urban Nature Audit is an expert-assisted screening tool under commercial-readiness review. It is not offered as a UK-wide, measured, statutory, planning-ready or investment-grade audit, and it must not be described that way.
Permitted use during the review period
Access is currently intended for internal evaluation and for staff-operated review work. Any paid pilot must be arranged directly with the company under a written agreement rather than through this page.

Liability, warranties and dispute resolution
These clauses are deliberately absent. Publishing placeholder liability or warranty wording would itself be a commercial misrepresentation risk, so the sections stay empty until counsel supplies approved text.

Expert-assisted screening tool — under commercial-readiness review
Urban Nature Audit is an expert-assisted screening tool. Its outputs are screening-level and non-statutory, they are intended to be operated and interpreted by a competent professional, and the product is currently under commercial-readiness review. It does not replace:
- an ecological survey
- the official statutory biodiversity metric
- planning advice
- flood or drainage engineering
- legal advice
- a professional valuation
